Harry Styles Kicks Off ‘Harry’s House’ With ‘One Night Only in NY’ at UBS Arena

The sold-out show streamed live on Apple Music to subscribers in 167 countries.

Harry Styles is back and in a major way. On Friday night (May 20), the global superstar kicked off the release of his new album Harry’s House with a special “One Night Only In New York Performance” at a sold-out UBS Arena in Elmont Park, N.Y., which was streamed live on Apple Music to subscribers in 167 countries.

Styles performed the entirety of Harry’s House (Columbia) which was released less than 24-hours earlier. His encore also included his mega hits “Adore You,” “Watermelon Sugar”and “Sign of the Times” as well as the One Direction jam, “What Makes You Beautiful.” Hazza also threw in a reprise of his newest smash hit “As It Was,” which just had its sixth week at No. 1 on the Billboard Global 200 chart and is Apple Music’s highest streaming first-day release of 2022.

The UBS Arena show also featured a new stage set with the neon outline of a house that changed colors. In November, also at UBS, Styles finished up the 2021 U.S. leg of his record-setting “Love On Tour,” which sold nearly 720,000 tickets—the most of any tour in 2021.

In addition to his one-off performance, the Harry House album drop coincided with nine Harry’s House pop-up shops around the world with locations in Amsterdam, Berlin, Chicago, Dallas, London, Los Angeles, New York City, Paris and Toronto. The pop-ups featured exclusive merch, including specific city album box sets and a limited album zine.

Tomorrow (May 23), Styles will play another one-off, his “One Night Only in London,” at London’s 02 Academy Brixton.

The “Love On Tour 2022” picks back up in June running through Europe until August, when he’ll begin his extended North American Harry’s House residencies. The touring residencies kick off at Toronto’s Scotiabank Arena Aug. 15-16; then parks at NYC’s Madison Square Garden for ten nights in September; followed by five nights at Austin’s new Moody Center and Chicago’s United Center; and then ten nights at L.A’s Kia Forum starting on Halloween. Then the love goes onward to Mexico, South America, Australia and New Zealand, which takes him to March of 2023 (see tour dates below).
