Rammstein Adds European Stadium Dates In 2023
Rammstein has announced the third round of European dates on their current worldwide run of stadiums, with the new dates scheduled for spring and summer 2023.
The “Europe Stadium Tour 2023” opens with a May 22 concert at Vingio Parkas in Vilnius, Lithuania, and concludes Aug. 4, 2023, at King Baudouin Stadium in Brussels, Belgium.
Germany is treated to four shows in total, two at Munich’s and two at Berlin’s Olympic Stadium, respectively. Other stops include Olympic Stadium in Helsinki, Finland, May 27-28; Stadio Wankdorf in Bern, Switzerland, June 17-18; Estádio Da Luz in Lisbon, Portugal, June 26; Stade de France in Paris July 22; and Ernst-Happel-Stadion in Vienna, Austria July 26.
Rammstein Sets CTS Eventim Sales Record: 800,000 Tickets For A Single Tour
Fan club presale begins Sept. 6, the general on sale begins Sept. 8.
Judging by press write-ups after the first two European runs in 2019 and 2022, fans can once again expect a spectacular show. The stage’s structures have been reported to tower over the roofs of some of the stadiums visited; the giant pyro displays could certainly be seen from afar.
The spectacular fire shows have been a Rammstein staple since Pollstar first featured the band on the cover in 1998.
Recent box office reports submitted to Pollstar for Rammstein include two nights at Goffertpark in Nijmegen, Netherlands, July 4-5, 2022, that sold a total of 129,290 tickets and grossed more than $11 million.
