Burna Boy, Wizkid Headline Afro Nation U.S. Premiere
Afro Nation festival will make its U.S. debut in Miami, FL, May 27-28, headlined by Burna Boy and Wizkid.
Afro Nation’s first event on continental North America follows successful editions in Portugal, Puerto Rico, and Ghana. The U.S. premiere will take place at Miami’s LoanDepot Park, home to the Miami Marlins.
Afro Nation Miami will feature everything that made the festival brand famous, including the best in Afrobeats, dancehall, hip hop, amapiano, and other Black-led musical genres.
Aside from headliners Burna Boy and WizKid, the first wave of acts features Rema, Asake, Beenie Man, Dadju, Ckay, BNXN, Black Sherif, Nelson Freitas and more. Many more are to be announced according a press release sent out by Live Nation.

Afro Nation launched in Portugal in 2019. In 2022, the festival welcomed 40,000 music lovers to the scenic coast of Portimão. Afro Nation Miami 2023 is presented by Event Horizon, SMADE, and Live Nation. General tickets go on sale Jan. 13 at 1 p.m. ET.
