Rob Zombie & Alice Cooper Team Up For ‘Freaks On Parade Tour’
Rob Zombie’s “Freaks on Parade Tour” is returning with Alice Cooper joining him on the road this summer. The 19-date, Live Nation-produced tour – which features supporting performances from Ministry and Filter – kicks off on Aug. 24 at Dos Equis Pavilion in Dallas.
Last year’s “Freaks on Parade Tour” saw Rob Zombie grossing $760,642 at Dickies Arena in Fort Worth, Texas on Aug. 20 and $279,425 on Aug. 25 at The Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion in The Woodlands, Texas. On Aug. 13, “Freaks on Parade” stopped by Michelob Aultra Arena in Las Vegas, grossing $552,918, according to reports submitted to Pollstar‘s Boxoffice.
“Rob Zombie came out of the pandemic and his first tour, he packaged with Mudvayne – Rob Zombie’s biggest headline business he’s ever done in his career,” Jared Martin at CAA told Pollstar earlier. “Last year, in the amphitheaters, he averaged over 10,000 people a night and his festival business is as good as it’s ever been.”
Alice Cooper set out on his own headlining tour last fall, with his date in in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, on Sept. 30 grossing $117,650, according to reports submitted to Pollstar‘s Boxoffice. Cooper then brought in $144,964 for his show at Budweiser Events Center in Loveland, Colorado and $174,560 for his date at Findlay Toyota Center in Prescott Valley, Arizona.
