Skrillex, Four Tet & Fred Again.. Announce Surprise Show At Madison Square Garden
Four Tet, Skrillex and Fred Again.. are popping up all around New York City, and for fans who missed their Valentine’s Day pop-up at Good Room in Brooklyn, there’s another shot to see them on Feb. 18 at Madison Square Garden.
The three long-time collaborators first took the stage together in London with shows at Troxy and Electric Ballroom. Their upcoming, Live Nation-produced set at Madison Square Garden marks the biggest stage the trio has taken to together.
Skrillex is set to unleash his album, Quest For Fire, on Feb. 17. He’s released numerous singles already this year, including the long-awaited fan-favorite ID, “Rumble,” as well as “Way Back,” “Leave Me Like This,” “Real Spring,” “Xena” and “Don’t Get Too Close.” Skrillex’s last reported date to Pollstar‘s Boxoffice includes a $216,575 gross at The Great Hall at Avant Gardner in Brooklyn.
Four Tet’s most recent album, Parallel, arrived in 2020. He played several dates last year, including shows in Austin, a set at “This Ain’t No Picnic,” and a show in London.
Fred Again.., meanwhile, has been making waves across the dance music scene since first stepping in with his collection of recordings on his Actual Life trilogy first released in 2021. He joined Skrillex for “Rumble,” and has been working the club circuit with three nights at Terminal 5 in New York back in October and a sold-out show at Washington, D.C.’s 9:30 club, grossing $36,000.
Tickets for the show are currently on sale for purchase by the general public, with remaining tickets available at Madison Square Garden, Radio City Music Hall and Beach Theatre boxoffice starting on Feb. 16.
