All Things Live Acquires Ostend Beach Festival
All Things Live announced the acquisition of a majority stake in Belgium’s Ostend Beach Festival. The purchase prices was not disclosed.
Ostend Beach Festival takes place across three days festival with a capacity in excess of 22,500 visitors. The team around co-founders and festival managers Kevin Beirens and Jan Mortelmans are gearing up for the biggest edition yet, July 7-9, which will see 110 acts perform across five stages located right on the coastline of the North Sea.

Mortelmans and Beirens will maintain a minority stake and continue to lead the festival, cooperation with All Things Live’s Belgian operation led by Marcus Deblaere.
Ostend Beach was established in 2010 as a one-day festival focused mainly on dance and techno music and has since grown into a three-day event.
“We have worked hard to build a fantastic festival over the years, and we are thrilled to welcome All Things Live as co-owners and partners on the exciting journey ahead. We will continue to tweak and improve the festival and look forward to drawing on the vast experience of the entire All Things Live team to bring even better experiences to our audience,” said Mortelmans.
