H.E.R. & Live Nation Urban’s Lights On Festival Returns To Bay Area
H.E.R.’s bringing her Lights On Festival back to the Bay Area on Sept. 16 and 17, with the festival returning to Shoreline Amphitheater in Mountain View, California. Along with the announcement that the festival will be taking place, H.E.R. and Live Nation Urban unveiled this year’s lineup, which features performances by Jazmine Sullivan, Partynextdoor, Don Toliver, Alina Baraz, Toosii, Smino, Syd, Doechii and more.
This year marks the third iteration of the Lights On Festival, which first launched in 2019. The last edition of the festival took place in 2021.
“I’m so excited Lights On Fest will be making its return,” H.E.R. said in a statement. “It’s my favorite way to wind down the summer by having two days filled with great R&B music. I am so proud to reveal the extraordinary talent we have on the bill this year and can’t wait for everyone to see what’s to come!”
In March, H.E.R. joined Coldplay for their dates in Sao Paulo and Rio De Janeiro as direct support on their “Music of the Spheres World Tour.” She also joined Coldplay for dates in London, Glasgow and Manchester last summer.
In June 2022, H.E.R. set out on a headline tour of her own, where she sold out Dally’s Place Amphitheatre in Jacksonville, Florida, grossing $316,691, according to reports submitted to Pollstar’s Boxoffice.
