Gipsy Kings Featuring Tonino Baliardo Add 13 Dates to Renaissance Tour

Following a successful run earlier this year, Loud And Live, one of the largest promoters internationally that boasts an impressive roster of Latin artists, announced that legendary group Gipsy Kings featuring Tonino Baliardo will extend their “Renaissance Tour,” visiting 13 cities this fall.

The two-time Grammy Award-winning band, whose career spans more than three decades, hit the road in April to promote their latest album, Renaissance, their first studio effort in eight years.  The Gipsy Kings featuring Tonino Baliardo will start in Tucson, Arizona, at Linda Ronstadt Music Hall on Oct. 25 and make stops at venues such as Houston’s Arena Theater, Austin’s Moody Center, Washington, D.C.’s DAR Constitutional Hall and Ovens Auditorium in Charlotte, North Carolina. The group will wrap up its run on Nov. 12 at Steven Tanger Center in Greensboro, North Carolina.

The Gipsy Kings featuring Tonino Baliardo released an English version of their track “Abandonado” this month with lyrics penned by Irish songwriter Brendan Graham, who has written for Josh Groban and won the Eurovision Song Competition twice.

The band is booked by Val Wolfe of Paladin Artists and has reported eight headline shows to the Pollstar Boxoffice. Gipsy Kings featuring Tonino Baliardo performed a sold-out show at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel’s Event Center on May 11 in Tampa Florida, where they moved 1,221 tickets and grossed $130,918.
