AIR Celebrates 25 Years Of ‘Moon Safari,’ Announce North American Tour Dates
French duo AIR are celebrating the 25th anniversary of their debut album, Moon Safari, and the band has unveiled North American tour dates where fans can catch the band performing the record in full. The trek kicks off on Sept. 25 at Vancouver’s Queen Elizabeth Theatre.
AIR will make stops in Los Angeles (with two nights at Orpheum), San Francisco, Denver, Chicago, Detroit, Boston, New York City, Atlanta and more, with the tour wrapping up at Austin’s Moody Amphitheatre on Oct. 30. Live Nation is promoting the tour in association with CAA, Corida, NCLS and Prototyp.
The band’s last reported dates to Pollstar’s Boxoffice included shows at the Greek Theatre in Los Angeles on June 25, 2017, grossing $190,506. They also headlined San Francisco’s Masonic, grossing $121,409, according to reports submitted to Pollstar’s Boxoffice.
Tickets for the tour go on sale starting March 8 at 10 a.m. local time. Presale begins at 10 a.m. local time on March 7.
