Moenia Embarking On 14-Date ‘Pixel Tour’ Across U.S.
On the heels of performing at the Besame Mucho music festival in Austin, Texas, Mexican synthpop darlings Moenia announced they will be back in the States this summer for their Pixel Tour USA.
The Live Nation-produced 14-city trek kicks off at House of Blues in Houston, Texas, on Aug. 23 and includes stops at Emo’s in Austin, Los Angeles’ The Belasco, Ace of Spades in Sacramento, The Fillmore in San Francisco, Las Vegas’ House of Blues, Neptune in Seattle and Roseland Theater in Portland, Oregon, before wrapping up at House of Blues in Chicago on Sept. 15.
Citi cardholders have access to presale tickets today and the general onsale begins March 8 at 10 a.m. Tickets can be purchased at LiveNation.com.
Moenia, managed by Seitrack, released “Stereo Hits Vo. 2,” a compilation of cover songs, last May. The band known for its electronic and melodic sound that harkens back to popular ’80s music akin to Depeche Mode and Orchestral Manoeuvres in the Dark has more than four million monthly listeners on Spotify, and the group’s hit single “Ni Tú Ni Nadie” has garnered more than 214 million streams on the platform. Moenia played a sold-out show at Auditoria Nacional in Mexico City on Oct. 11, 2023, that grossed nearly $400,000 off 9,352 tickets sold, according to Pollstar Boxoffice.
