Music Agent Christianne Weiss Joins 33 & West
Music agent Christianne Weiss has joined independent talent agency 33 & West, bringing client STARSHIP with more to be announced in the coming weeks.
“What 33 & West have successfully created in just a few years is so impressive,” Weiss says in the announcement. “An independent agency operating at this high of a level, offering full services of music, touring, film, TV, comedy, and more, allows us to operate like a major and provide our clients with the ability to fulfill all their passions as an artist while maintaining the hands-on, white-glove agency-client relationship that the agency is built upon. I am thrilled to be part of the 33 & West team.”
Weiss has worked with artists including Smokey Robinson, Frankie Valli, Nile Rodgers and Eddie Money, having spent 16 years at APA and other agencies including ICM and Day After Day Productions, where she was most recently and briefly SVP and head of touring.
“Christianne’s experience and talent as an agent fit right in with our vibrant office culture,” said 33 & West Co-Founder Dan Rozenblum. “She is a passionate agent with an outstanding reputation and truly cares for the artists she represents. She understands our agency’s big-picture vision and philosophies, and we are very excited to have her join our team.”
“As an ever-evolving well-rounded agency, we are always looking to add talent to our company that propels us upward so that we can continually provide better services to our current and future clients,” added 33 & West Co-Founder Matt Pike.
Weiss has a multi-year deal with the agency, the announcement says, which looks to continue its expansion since forming in 2018 with partners Rozenblum, Pike and JJ Cassiere.
Weiss’s hiring follows 33 & West’s recent additions of agent Daniel McCartney and tour marketing sensei Brandon Frankel.
