Eagles Land At Sphere In September

Eagles announced eight dates at Las Vegas’ boundary-breaking Sphere, with the legendary band set to play from Sept. 20 to Oct. 19. The announcement confirms a year of rumors that Eagles would eventually play the new venue.

Eagles will perform at Sphere for four weekends, with general onsale beginning June 21 at 10 a.m. Pacific. Fans can sign up for presale tickets via Eagles’ official website, with presale starting June 18 at 10 a.m. PT. Tickets start at $175 and reflect all-in pricing.

Vibee will also be offering travel packages for the show beginning June 14 at 10 a.m. PT. Packages include a two-night stay at The Venetian Resort Las Vegas, the only resort attached to Sphere, with guests receiving priority entry, commemorative keepsakes and more. More information on VIP packages here.

Highlights from Eagles’ current tour include two sold-out shows at Chicago’s United Center on March 9 grossing $7.3 million, according to reports submitted to Pollstar’s Boxoffice. They performed three four sold-out shows at Los Angeles’ Kia Forum on Jan. 5, 6, 12 and 13, which grossed a total $13.8 million.

Eagles are managed by Irving Azoff and booked by CAA’s Rick Roskin. The Sphere shows are promoted by Live Nation.

It’s that long-term relationship with Azoff that has fueled rumors that Eagles would eventually set-up shop at the corner of Sands and Koval. Those rumors were seemingly confirmed during Sphere Entertainment’s quarterly earnings call in May when James Dolan, the company’s executive chairman and CEO, said “Even if you’re not a Deadhead, you’re going to love that show. And I think the same will be true for the Eagles and for the next acts that we bring on,” he said.
