The Eagles are extending their stay in Las Vegas this year. One week removed from adding more shows to their residency at Sphere in Las Vegas, Nevada, the iconic band announced a slew of December shows, upping their commitment to a total of 16 concerts over eight weekends at the venue.

The new weekend shows were added due to overwhelming demand and take place on Dec. 6, 7, 13 and 14. The residency “will offer fans the ultimate connection to the band’s legendary catalog in an immersive experience that only Sphere can provide,” according to the release. On top of using the venue’s highest-resolution LED display that wraps around the audience, Eagles will also have the most advanced concert-grade audio system in Sphere Immersive Sound, which is powered by HOLOPLOT, at their disposal.

In an effort to get tickets into fans’ hands, the band is utilizing a registration system powered by Seated. Fans can visit eagles.com to register and purchase tickets, which start at $175 and will reflect all-in pricing that includes taxes and fees. Tickets for the new dates go on sale to the general public on Friday, July 12, at 10 a.m. PT. The artist presale begins July 9 at 10 a.m. PT and Live Nation’s presale starts July 11 at 10 a.m. PT.

A limited amount of VIP ticket packages that include premium seats, exclusive merchandise, parking and more will be available July 9 at 10 a.m. PT.

Vibee, the hotel and experience package partner for the Eagles’ Sphere run, offers travel packages for the concerts. Packages include a two-night stay at The Venetian Resort Las Vegas, the only resort attached to Sphere, with guests receiving priority entry, commemorative keepsakes and more. Highlights from Eagles’ current tour include two sold-out shows at Chicago’s United Center on March 9 grossing $7.3 million, according to reports submitted to Pollstar’s Boxoffice. They performed four sold-out shows at Los Angeles’ Kia Forum on Jan. 5, 6, 12 and 13, which grossed a total of $13.8 million.

Eagles, who have won six Grammy awards and sold more than 150 million albums worldwide, are managed by Irving Azoff and booked by CAA’s Rick Roskin. The Sphere shows are promoted by Live Nation.
