He’s added 22 cities so far, taking his outing at least through the December 1 conclusion of a two-night stand at the House of Blues in Los Angeles.

Other stops along the way include Washington, D.C., Atlantic City, New York City, Cleveland, Chicago, Minneapolis and San Francisco.

Keb’ Mo’ – a variation on his given name, Kevin Moore – has also finished recording a family/children’s album, wich is due in stores in January.

His influences draw heavily on blues legend Robert Johnson, but he often mingles blues with jazz, folk and rock for a sound all his own.

He is currently on a solo tour, but beginning October 25, he’ll be joined by his band – drummer Laval Belle, keyboardist Joellen Friedkin and bassist Reggie McBride.
