The Los Angeles-based rockers aren’t straying far from home, though – they’re limiting themselves to California clubs, launching November 2 at Cane’s in San Diego.

After that, they’ll swing through smaller markets in Bakersfield, San Luis Obispo, Chico and Santa Cruz. They’re throwing in a few larger cities, too – San Francisco, San Jose and Sacramento are also firmed up.

Buckcherry released their self-titled debut in 1999 and have been holed up lately working on their as yet unnamed second effort, which should be out in March 2001. The group is working with Kid Rock and Sugar Ray producer John Travis.
