The tour was scheduled to end on March 17 and the band hopes to reschedule the canceled dates for later in the spring.

To make matters worse for Orgy, Amir’s condition prevents them from joining Papa Roach on the Raid the Nation tour, which begins March 18.

The bandmembers said they regret the cancellations and appreciate the response they have received from fans during this current tour. Amir is expected to make a full recovery and the band plans on touring in May and June after Amir has recovered.

This setback occurs at an unfortunate time for the band. According the Orgy’s management, the group had played a number of sold out shows in major markets, including a gig in front of 8,000 people that was broadcast live on national Canadian music television network, Musique Plus.
