Like a lot of bands (particularly the punk ones) the Murphys rely on touring to get their music to the masses. In the past, they’ve played on the Punk-O-Rama tour, The Warped Tour, and are now finishing up a stint around the European festival circuit.

Before that, they headlined a U.S. tour with Lars Fredrickson & The Bastards and Reach The Sky, and just before that they were out with Swingin’ Utters. Hard to keep up? It hasn’t been a lazy year for the band.

Since their formation in 1996, the Murphys have released a total of six albums, the most recent, Sing Loud, Sing Proud, was turned loose this past February. Just like their persistence in the touring arena, the Murphys don’t let up when it comes to cranking out new albums.

Tiger Army are no strangers to the road, either. The group is out with big punk daddies T.S.O.L. in support of their recent album, Tiger Army II: Power of Moonlite.

Sick Of It All have shared the stage many, many times (too many times to count) with the Misfits and headlined their own deal with Boy Sets Fire in the spring. The band has been a prominent player in the New York hardcore punk scene since their formation in the mid-’80s.
