U2 Sell Out
Additional performances on their Stateside return have been added in Chicago and Los Angeles, and have already sold out.
The four shows that have yet to go on sale mark the only tickets left on the tour. The Providence, R.I., date goes on sale September 29; Oakland tickets are available September 30; and New York City and East Rutherford, N.J., come up October 1.
Riding high on the success of the first part of their Elevation tour, U2 decided to have another go at the North American fans. Including the recently added shows, Bono, The Edge, Adam Clayton and Larry Mullen Jr. will play 19 concerts – October 10 through November 19.
Garbage opens the shows in South Bend, Montreal, Hamilton, Chicago, Baltimore, and New York shows. Stereophonics kick things off in East Rutherford, Providence, and Philadelphia; while No Doubt snag the shows out West – Austin, Denver, Salt Lake City, Oakland, Los Angeles, and Las Vegas.
