The Boss Spreads Some Holiday Cheer
Bruce Springsteen has scheduled five holiday benefit concerts at Convention Hall in Asbury Park, N.J.. The five shows – December 3, 4, 6, 7, and 8 – will raise funds for local charities.
The Boss will be backed by the Max Weinberg 7 and some mystery “friends.”
Tickets are $50 and $100, and go on sale November 27, at 9 a.m. Eastern through Ticketmaster phones only. In an effort to thwart scalpers, there will be no outlet or Internet sales.
There is a two-ticket limit per person, per show, per phone call and tickets will not be mailed.
Those lucky enough to score ducats will have to pick them up at will-call the night of the show, after showing two forms of ID.
