Elton & Billy Reschedule
Billy Joel and Elton John’s Face To Face tour will hit the road once again for a few rescheduled shows in September and October. The venture was sidelined in March when Joel came down with laryngitis and was forced to take a break from performing.
The postponed shows have been moved to the fall, starting September 13 at Tampa’s Ice Palace. The FleetCenter and Madison Square Garden are next in line, with one night each. Three shows at the Continental Airlines Arena in New Jersey split the four gigs at Nassau Coliseum.
John is scheduled to begin his world tour April 17 in Australia. He remains downunder through the month and then heads north for a European tour throughout the summer. After his Face To Face shows with Joel, John returns to the U.K. for six more performances.
