The New York show is sold out.

Although it would seem the two make an unlikely pair, they’re really fast friends and musical collaborators.

Williams and Kid Rock teamed up for a special on CMT Crossroads this spring that resulted in a No.1 charting for CMT Television.

They also recorded a song together, “Naked Women And Beer.” Kid Rock is such a fan that he performs “A Country Boy Can Survive” at almost every show and dedicates it to his inspiration, Hank Jr.

Meanwhile, both Williams and Kid Rock have separate tours underway. In a post on Kid Rock’s Web site, Rock said that he’s performing a leisurely three nights a week in order to spend time with his son, who he has custody of. Normally, Kid Rock and his Twisted Brown Trucker band would play five or six shows per week.
