School Fundraiser With David Crosby
The event,
The CPR trio comprises Crosby, his son, James Raymond, and Jeff Pevar. The trio formed in 1995 and have since toured internationally, releasing three albums to date. Just Like Gravity, their latest, was released last year.
Singer/songwriter Henry’s catalogue ranges from roots rock to electronica pop to jazz, as demonstrated on his eight album, Scar. One of the songs, “Stop,” managed to find its way onto sister-in-law Madonna’s Music record under the title “Don’t Tell Me.”
Tickets are available through Ticketmaster at $40 for general admission. A limited number of special tickets that include preferred seating and an after-concert party with the performers can also be purchased through The Guacamole Fund.
As for the reason the two artists are shuffling schedules to play at a school fund-raiser: Crosby’s granddaughter attends The Walden School and Henry is a Pasadena resident.
