While only one show has been confirmed, Todd Nichols – former guitarist for Toad and current member of Lapdog – promises more are to come.

“You guys shouldn’t get too excited about this one LA show you know about. It now looks like there will be several more California shows with the Crows,” Nichols wrote in a post on Lapdog’s Web site. “Plus, Toad rehearsed today and we are talking about doing more in the future – maybe much more. We’ll see what happens. Stay tuned.”

Guitarist Nichols went on to form Lapdog with former Toad drummer Randy Guss after Toad split in ‘98. The band has a new album – Mayfly – coming out in November and are running a sweepstakes on their Web site at lapdogmusic.com.

Prizes include airfare and hotel accommodations for a weekend in Las Vegas with the band; a guitar; and other Lapdog-related goodies.
