Springsteen Shuffles More Shows
Bruce Springsteen & The E Street Band are rescheduling their November 6 show at the Frank Erwin Center in Austin to March 2. Saxophonist Clarence Clemons’ surgery November 4 for a detached retina caused the postponement.
“The surgery was successful,” Harris Cohen, spokesperson for Springsteen’s PR company said. He added he was not aware of 60-year-old Clemons having any previous eye trouble. The surgery was performed in Houston.
Tickets for the November 6 concert will be honored for the rescheduled show. Beginning November 11, refunds will be available.
Springsteen and crew are still on for their November 9 show in Columbus, Ohio.
