The concert celebrates the many organizations developing sustainable strategies for growing coffee – the second most traded commodity in the world. The Songbird Foundation is one such organization and strives to educate people on coffee choices and motivate them to purchase items sponsored by companies that seek to preserve migratory songbirds and their habitats.

“When we purchase shade-grown, organic and fair-trade coffee, we are making a choice to preserve habitats for all living things and looking out for the futures of forests, coffee farmers and their families,” Raitt, a longtime Songbird Foundation supporter said.

Tickets go on sale March 28 through Ticketmaster and are priced at $50 for reserved seating. Gold and Silver Circle tickets, which include an artist reception, are available through 800-728-6223. All proceeds benefit the Songbird Foundation.
