“The stage and the props are going to be a lot bigger,” member Raz B said. “It’s going to be a longer show and we’re going to spend a lot more money.

“The arena tour is the Big Kahuna. Fans demand more so we’re going to give them more.”

Some of that “more” the band promises is a dazzling pyro show – bigger and better than last summer’s Scream 2 Tour, which featured B2K co-headlining with Bow Wow.

B2K have managed to please both their legions of fans and parents alike. Their secret: keeping it clean while providing a funky beat. “We feel a strong obligation to keep our lyrics clean and to set an example for the fans,” Raz B said. “Parents seem to appreciate that. You can ‘keep it real’ – we have no problems with that.

“We want to be the kind of group the whole family can listen to and no one has to tell the younger kids to get out of the room. We love school too, and that comes across in our lyrics as a positive message.”

The formula has worked. In addition to winning accolades from the industry side of the spectrum – which includes a couple of Soul Train Awards as well as other nominations – B2K have sold out arenas wherever they go and seen some good album sales.

The band recently released sort of an extended version of their second album, Pandemonium! The disc is a special edition CD/DVD and features three new songs, B2K tattoos, and of course a DVD.
