The outing launches November 13 in Atlanta and wraps December 28 in California, having hit a slew of arenas from coast to coast in between.

Joining the two bands are comedians Rick Smiley (of BET’s “Comic View”), Adele Givens (“Queens Of Comedy”), and Earthquake (“Comic View”). Bruce Bruce (“Comic View”) will serve as the host.

“I liken this event to the Essence Music Festival in New Orleans,” Walter Latham of event producer Latham Entertainment said. “The difference is that the festival will travel to the fans instead of having the fans travel to it. I’m excited to combine the worlds of music and comedy.”

Tickets are on sale in many markets and range from around $30 to $75.
