The In The Zone tour will kick off March 2 in San Diego and work its way out east where Brit and company will wrap April 12 in New York City. Two Canadian dates are included on the itinerary.

However, venues are still being sorted out.

“It’s always special to be able to go on the road and give something back,” Spears said. “I’m especially looking forward to bringing my tour to new markets and performing in front of fans that may not have had the opportunity to see any of my previous tours.”

That “giving back” Spears talks about is in reference to The Britney Spears Foundation, which will receive a portion of all ticket sales. The foundation supports the annual Britney Spears Camp For The Performing Arts.

Also benefitting the foundation is a little auction going on at eBay. There, Spears is auctioning off the Mazda RX-8 she drove in her new video, “Me Against The Music.” As if the car wasn’t prize enough, Brit has autographed the hood and steering wheel.

Tickets for the In The Zone tour go on sale in select markets starting December 13.

Spears last toured in 2002 when she hit global stages on her Dream Within A Dream outing.

Of course, this latest tour comes in support of Spears’ newest and currently No. 1 album, In The Zone.
