Browne Town
Nearly four decades in, Jackson Browne still won’t take it easy. The socially conscious singer/songwriter has mostly West Coast dates from late February through the end of March, and heads to Japan in April for just over a week of shows.
Fall dates in the U.K. have been confirmed, with a double-night stand at Manchester’s Bridgewater Hall set for October 24-25. An Australia trip this spring is also rumored.
Browne will take a break during the North American leg for his induction into the Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame. The March 15 ceremony will take place at the Cleveland museum, and will also include the inductions of The Dells, George Harrison, Prince, Bob Seger, Traffic, and ZZ Top.
The two-disc The Very Best Of Jackson Browne comes out on Rhino Records the next day.
