In June, she kicks off a solo tour with a string of amphitheatre dates in the South. A Clarkston, Mich., concert is set for June 25, and she’ll hit California in late July and early August. Don’t be surprised if the gaps fill in a bit by the time summer rolls around.

Simpson’s 2003 album, In This Skin, was re-released in March with two bonus tracks – covers of Robbie Williams’ “Angels” and Berlin’s “Take My Breath Away” – and a DVD featuring highlights from MTV’s “Newlyweds” series, which chronicled the first year of her marriage to 98° crooner Nick Lachey.
