The band will travel throughout the U.S. – playing a variety of clubs, cafes and festivals – to promote their two latest releases – studio record Black & White, and Live in Colorado, which was recorded at the Red Rocks Amphitheater and the Fox Theater in Boulder, Colo.

After taking a short break from touring in mid-July, the Samples will return to play the Tall Ships Festival on July 24 in New London, Conn. From there, they will make their way west, playing two shows in August.

After sampling the West Coast – playing shows in Los Angeles, Portland and Seattle – the quintet will make their way east again finishing up October 3 in Boston at the Paradise Rock Club.

The Samples are known for their constant vigorous touring, and were one of the most popular touring bands of the ‘90s. After a fallout with a major label, the band decided to release their own recordings independently.

Through their non-stop touring, the band keeps its fan base happy while adding new admirers with their folk-rock-jam sound.
