Dollywood On The Move
Dolly Parton last toured in 2002, playing the small club circuit to support her bluegrass album, Halos & Horns. Beginning October 14th, Parton leaves her Pigeon Forge, Tenn., home, Dollywood, for a far more extensive outing.
Starting off at Greenville, S.C.’s Pepsi Pavilion, Parton travels through theatres and casinos until the end of the year.
Parton is touring her new album, Blue Smoke, but the tour will focus on her songbook, including “I Will Always Love You,” “9 to 5,” “Coat of Many Colors,” “Islands in the Stream” and “Jolene.”
Some of the cities Dolly will visit on her “Hello, I’m Dolly” tour include Atlanta, Cleveland, Green Bay, Raleigh, Dallas, Houston, Phoenix and Sacramento.
