The experimental foursome will launch their next trek in their hometown of Austin, Texas October 7 at Emo’s.

In support of their latest full-length album, Worlds Apart, which is slated for a January 25th release, Trail of Dead will hit North America for a two-month tour, making all the major stops.

On their last road trip in 2003, the band sold out shows in New York’s Irving Plaza and The Fillmore in San Francisco, and other popular venues.

In an interview with Pollstar, singer/ guitarist/ artist Conrad Keely said the band actually started as a project, not a band per se. But in the years following, the noisy rockers have accumulated a cult following of fans who’ve become jaded the same old pop-punk sound.

Trail of Dead will tour throughout the East and parts of Canada before making their way back West. Their last scheduled gig will take them back to their hometown of Austin, Texas, November 13.
