Published reports had suggested the tour was up in the air after Diddley checked into a hospital and had a toe amputated due to complications resulting from hyperglycemia. However, a representative for the bluesman confirmed to Pollstar that none of his upcoming shows are canceled.

Diddley currently has dates scheduled through the end of the year, with one show already booked for next March.
