Now, with its second full-length, The Curse, on Victory Records, the band has announced a round of dates that will have them touring through February and March. So far, 42 gigs are inked.

On this tour, the band – which mixes a blend or rock, melodic hardcore and metal – will make its way through several cities in the U.S. and Canada. Offering support are Unearth, Norma Jean, and Scars of Tomorrow, each appearing February 8 to March 16.

In 2004, Atreyu held the support slot for such bands as Lamb of God, The Used, and Taking Back Sunday. Nearly all of those shows had sold-out crowds.

The genre-bending rockers warmed up for their jaunt December 31 at the Soma in San Diego. That concert featured bands including As I Lay Dying, Bleeding Through, Throwdown, Terror, Before Today, Underminded, The Strangers Six, My American Heart, and Yesterday Rising.

The tour is scheduled to wrap up March 24 at San Francisco’s Fillmore.
