Mullen Joins The Mark

Scott Mullen has been named executive director of The Mark Of The Quad Cities in Moline, Ill.

He replaces Steve Hyman who resigned in January to become president of CCO Entertainment.

Mullen has been GM of New York’s Nassau Memorial Coliseum & Expo Center since 2000.
