Probation For Jadakiss

Jadakiss received three months probation on misdemeanor charges of drug and gun possession under a plea agreement reached March 23rd.

The rapper (real name Jason Phillips) was charged last July when he was in Fayetteville, N.C., for a club performance. An off-duty officer found marijuana and two loaded pistols in his vehicle.

Cumberland County District Court Judge Ed Donaldson ordered Phillips to pay $900 in fines, restitution and court costs, and destroy the weapons.

If he does not violate his probation – which includes drug tests and searches – by the time he returns to court June 14th, the charges will be dropped.
