The new album is, by all accounts, a good deal harder than previous releases from the Stereophonics. Not surprising, considering the title.

The ‘Phonics will kick off their tour in the Pacific Northwest, starting with a show in Vancouver on April 24. Moving Southward, they will play Coachella on May 1. They will then work their way across the south, playing major cities like Tempe, Ariz., Dallas, Austin, Tex., and Atlanta.

They will then play Chicago and Detroit, as well as a few dates in Canada, and closing out the month in New England. Before leaving the states, they will play The End Fest in Seattle on June 4.

Language is the Welsh group’s fifth album and is No .1 in the U.K. “Dakota (You Make Me Feel Like The One)” is also the bands first No. 1 U.K. single.
