Madonna Sued

British director Hamish Hamilton and several companies have filed suit against Madonna, alleging the singer owes more than $300,000 in directing and production fees for a TV concert special.

Hamilton and The Rude Corp. are demanding $175,000 for directing and producing the special from Madonna’s 2004 “Re-Invention” tour, including travel expenses to cities in the U.S. and Europe.

The two-hour program aired on European television and featured footage of concerts in New York, Florida, California, Nevada, France and England.

Another company, Done and Dusted Ltd., is also owed more than $155,000 for pre-production and production work, according to the suit, filed April 20th in Los Angeles County Superior Court.
