Lapsley Named Cabarrus GM

Cabarrus County and SMG have named Frank Lapsley GM of the Cabarrus Arena and Events Center in Concord, N.C.

Lapsley previously served as director of operations for the Arena At Harbor Yard in Bridgeport, Conn.

He has also managed Teco Arena, the New Haven Coliseum, Mullins Center and North Charleston Coliseum.
