Futureman Pleads Guilty
Roy Wilfred Wooten (aka
Authorities said Wooten falsely filed forms saying he was exempt from income tax.
He was indicted in November 2001 on four counts of income tax evasion for the year 1995-98, according the U.S. Attorney Jim Vines. The grand jury indictment claims he concealed a taxable income of about $379,000 over the four years.
Sentencing in the case is set for August 8th.
