The Dickies, known for there insane live shows and outlandish cover songs, began in the late ’70s.

They’ve certainly had a tumultuous history, going through a multitude of line-up changes in their nearly 30-year history, all while steadily recording new material. The Dickies own the definition of the word “durable.”

The tour begins with a July 2 show in Long Beach, Calif. From there, they head to the East Coast for shows in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Quebec, and Ontario. July 28 will see the band back in California with a show in Santa Ana at the Galaxy Theatre.

Shows are also scheduled for later in the year in California and Texas. Rumors of a new Dickies album grace their official web site, but little more news is available.
