Meanwhile, Day – a troubadour from Bangor, Maine – will be traveling the country from June 18 through August, kicking things off with three support slots for the Dave Matthews Band.

The musician continues to add to his reputation as a coffeehouse singer/songwriter. Playing piano since the age of 5, Day has shown his audiences that he has virtuoso skills, which led to a friendship and tour with Nickel Creek.

There are a few shows at the end of June, and the tour really revs up in July. Some of the big cities getting a Day visit are Milwaukee, Louisville, Dallas, Boston, Atlanta, Seattle and San Francisco.
