Juan Gabriel Arrested

Update: Mexican pop star Juan Gabriel was freed on bail several hours after his arrest and performed as scheduled in Ciudad Juarez, Mexico.

Mexican federal authorities arrested the singer on charges of income tax evasion when he arrived at the city’s airport June 22nd.

Local businessmen paid his bail and he was able to arrive at his scheduled concert around 2 a.m., where he performed for three hours.
