Ruffino Retires

Tony Ruffino has officially retired. Actually, the longtime promoter wrapped things up at the end of 2004 but it was never formally announced.

Ruffino is a veteran of promotion company New Era, then the Birmingham, Ala., office for Pace Concerts.

Fellow vet Gary Weinberger has also left the Pace office to pursue other career options, according to a Clear Channel Entertainment spokesman.
