Clark Apologizes For Food Fight

Former “American Idol” contestant Corey Clark will not face criminal charges for a food fight in a Sacramento, Calif., hotel room.

Clark faced up to six months in jail and a $1,000 fine for allegedly throwing food and dishes at a record company executive, but the exec refused to cooperate. Investigators apparently had insufficient evidence to prosecute.

Clark was ousted as a contestant from the Fox network show for failing to disclose a 2002 misdemeanor arrest. He made national news for alleging an affair with “American Idol” judge Paula Abdul.
