Greenberg Traurig Partners With Olswang

Los Angeles-based Greenberg Traurig LLP has formed a strategic alliance with London-based entertainment law firm Olswang.

The move comes several months after Greenberg Traurig announced partnerships with Studio Santa Maria in Italy and Hayabusa Kokusai Law Offices in Tokyo.

“By aligning with Olswang, we will be able to offer clients on both sides of the Atlantic a major platform in terms of size and resources,” Greenberg Traurig President/CEO Cesar Alvarez said.

Both companies are full-service law firms, with Greenberg Traurig employing 1,400 lawyers and Olswang nearly 300.
