DMX Could Do Time

Rapper DMX was charged August 8th with violating the terms of a plea agreement he made after driving a car through an airport gate while on drugs last December.

DMX, whose real name is Earl Simmons, paid $500 bail and was order to appear in court October 11th. He could face up to one year in jail.

About a week after sentencing for the airport incident, Simmons was charged with driving 104 mph on an upstate New York highway.

The entertainer was arrested again in April after his car was involved in a three-car crash. Two police officers in an unmarked car were injured in the pileup.
