A former shoe store in St. Paul, Minn., has been transformed into the 4,000-capacity Myth Nightclub, which opened August 16th with the “Rock Never Stops” tour.
The two-story venue, located 10 miles northeast of downtown St. Paul, includes VIP suites, several balconies, a rooftop patio and a state-of-the-art lighting system.
The Myth enters a market that includes the 1,650-capacity Quest and 1,500-capacity First Avenue, both in Minneapolis. The venue is open to all promoters and has been working with Clear Channel.
Nickelback is scheduled to perform during the club’s grand opening celebration September 8th. Other acts on the books from August through mid-November include Seether, My Chemical Romance, Queensrÿche, Live, and Fall Out Boy.
