The first date of the tour is November 11 in Cardiff, followed by a show in Petersborough the next day. The only two other dates that month will be in Norwich and Sheffield on November 17 and 18, respectively.

December 1 sees Geldof in Hull, with a gig in Gateshead scheduled the next day. He’ll then head up to Scotland for shows in Glasgow and Perth. A show in Bristol will follow on December 9, with the tour wrapping up December 13 in Leicester.

After working hard on Live 8, the longtime advocate for debt and poverty reduction in Africa will be reflecting on his solo work of the past 20 years. According to Geldof’s Web site, his back catalogue will be remastered and released this October. There will also be a best-of compilation due for November.
